I worked for several years as a Mental Health Act Administrator in a forensic psychiatric hospital in Berkshire, but my passion in life was always embroidery.
I was awarded the huge honour of undertaking a three year apprenticeship at the world renowned 'Royal School of Needlework', at Hampton Court Palace. As one of only 8 apprentices, I was taught all genres of hand embroidery - all to the very highest standard.
I hope to use my skills to encourage customers that skill and patience are not virtues of a past age and that with a little confidence great things can be achieved by all.
